- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dont expect help when you end up in severe shooting pain on the weekend, and can't eat. I've been going here for about 3 years, I can't believe how inflexible they are. Minnesota law requires that dental offices "To a reasonable degree provide emergency care"... not being seen for an entire weekend plus some, and on top of things they've been unable to provide pain medication in the interim. Would you not agree that is something to consider to be unreasonable? They have no services and they aren't open on Mondays so you will endure several glorius days ofno sleep due to shooting pains going up and down your shoulder jaw and eye. Your alternative is to spend loads at the urgent care or ER just to get pain medication. Not being able to page a dentist to call in a prescription is ridiculous, and the receptionist had the nerve to get angry because I said that this was unacceptable.
